微信公众平台开放平台申请微信认证，需一次性支付99美元/次审核服务费用。认证无论成功或失败，我们都需要支付给第三方审核机构的成本费用（审核服务费）。

3.海外主体帐号审核失败费用是否退回
微信认证服务费是基于腾讯提供的审核服务而支付的一次性费用，用户每申请一次均应按照《微信公众平台认证服务协议》中的费率标准支付一次审核费用。认证服务费不以认证成功为前提，也不受认证结果和认证状态影响。

海外主体帐号认证在支付费用后，在用户提交完整的资质后7-15个工作日内完成审核。

请登录公众平台，从“设置->微信认证->查看“查看进度。 也可以拨打第三方审核公司的客服热线咨询审核进度。
